11. Sign Up Offer - Terms and Conditions
    1. To be eligible for this offer, you must register an account as a new Player.
    2. All bonus monies will be credited as bonus funds (i.e. not cash) to the Player's Casino account or to Casino Rewards account.
    3. Each individual deposit made with Casino Classic is considered a single deposit for the purpose of this promotion. The total of successive deposits cannot fulfil the sign up bonus requirements - each deposit is only considered individually. Therefore the first individual deposit ONLY will determine the bonus amount allocated for the purpose of this promotion.
    4. In the interest of avoiding any confusion related to this promotion and the winnings transferred to the Casino account, the Player agrees to commit to the wagering requirements for all bonuses/winning obtained in accordance with the terms as stated in General Promotion Terms and Conditions and in Bonus and Cash Account Terms and Conditions below.
    5. This promotion must be claimed by making a first deposit within 7 days, after which Casino Classic reserves the right to modify the promotion.
12. Bonus and Cash Account - Terms and Conditions
    1. A Player's total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a bonus account balance.
    2. A Player's bonus account cannot be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.
    3. The cash component of the balance may be withdrawn at any time for your first and second deposit, however this will result in any remaining bonus funds in the bonus balance being forfeited. This includes any bonuses yet to be credited or redeemed that are associated with any withdrawn deposits.
    4. The first deposit bonus and second deposit bonus are subject to 200 times play-through before your bonus balance is converted to cash. Once bonus funds have been converted to cash, these funds may be withdrawn.
    5. Subsequent bonus amounts credited to a player's bonus balance (from the third deposit) will be subject to 30 times play-through before they may be cashed in.
    6. Play-through is achieved when any wager is made. Wagers made from both cash and bonus accounts count towards play-through.
    7. The wagering requirements (for withdrawal purposes) will start being counted from the time all bonus monies are added to the Casino account.
    8. For any wagers made before the third deposit, wager is deducted from the Player's cash and bonus balances in the ratio equivalent to the total cash balance and bonus balance. Winnings will be re-distributed back to the cash and bonus balances using the same ratio. If a Player makes a withdrawal, their bonus balance is reset to zero. This means that if a Player chooses to take back the money they deposited, they will lose any bonus they may still have remaining in their bonus balance. For any wagers made after the third deposit, the wager is deducted from the Player's cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player's bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
    9. Winnings on wagers made before the third deposit are credited to their cash and bonus balances in the same proportion as the wager was taken from the respective cash and bonus balances. After the third deposit, winnings on wagers made from a from a Player's cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player's bonus account are credited to their bonus account.
    10. After the third deposit, where crediting a Player's bonus account with winnings that would result in the bonus account exceeding the size of the all bonus amounts, any excess winnings are credited to the Player's cash account. Note: This is less any automatic transfers from bonus account to cash account that had occurred.
    11. Wagering requirements will be carried over from a bonus should a subsequent bonus be redeemed prior to making a deposit.
    12. Different games played may contribute a different percentage of the play-through (up to 100%) towards the required play-through. For example:
        1. If a Player receives a $100 bonus, they will have to wager approximately $20,000 should they wager on slot games (100% contribution) before attempting a withdrawal.
    13. The contributing percentages are as follows:
        1. Slots games count 100% towards wagering requirements
        2. Table games (e.g., Pokers, Blackjacks, Roulettes, Baccarats), Parlour games and all other game types count 2% towards wagering requirements
        3. All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard do not count towards wagering and no loyalty points will be earned
        4. Casino Classic reserves the right to determine contribution for new games based on game metrics at time of release
    14. Doubling up on any game at Casino Classic will not count towards your wagering requirements.
    15. All Live Casino games, table, parlour or other count 2% towards wagering requirements.
13. General Promotion Terms and Conditions
    1. All promotions can only be claimed once per device, person, household, family, physical address, email address, financial account, IP address or shared network environment such as a library, workplace, university or school. 2. Unless specifically stated otherwise, no two promotions can be used in combination and promotions only apply to deposits and wagers on the Casino Classic.
    3. Every effort will be made to credit the Player's account with any promotional bonuses within one business day or sooner. Promotions that are earned over a time period such as weekend or monthly bonuses will be awarded within one business day following the end of that time period i.e. on the Monday after the weekend or on the first business day of the following month.
    4. If the credit/debit card, eWallet or financial account used to make the deposit to receive the sign up bonuses is not in the name of the individual registered on the Casino Classic account, the casino reserves the right to void any winnings. Attempts to withdraw any associated winnings from the sign up bonuses using credit/debit card, eWallet or financial account in a different name to the casino account holder may also lead to winnings being void.
    5. All casino promotions are reviewed regularly and we reserve the right to change the offer and or terms at any time.
    6. Casino Classic reserves the right to correct any error in bonus points, casino credits, and/or prizes awarded. Winnings will not be affected but the players casino account balance will be adjusted to reflect the correct amount when any error is detected.
    7. Promotional bonuses/prizes that remain unused in a Player's casino account for longer than 60 days from the date of registration, will be forfeited. Promotional bonuses/prizes will be deemed "used" once the minimum wager requirements have been met. The sign up bonus is determined by the date a casino account is opened. If a Player opens a casino account but leaves it dormant for a period of time, the Player will still be awarded the sign up bonus that was active when they joined Casino Classic.
    8. If, while playing at Casino Classic, the Player wins a sum regarded by the Casino Management as worthy of publicity, the Player agrees to be available for any event of such nature arranged by Casino Classic. At all times, Casino Classic will do its utmost to protect Player's privacy.
    9. While Casino Classic protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use Players' first names and/or initials in any Casino announcement pertaining to promotion results.

    11. Any promotional materials distributed by Casino Rewards is for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred. Players must have received a written invitation addressed to them from Casino Rewards in order to take advantage of any part of this promotion.
    12. Any promotion or giveaway run by Casino Classic for any kind of merchandise or cash is not inclusive of any taxes, registrations, licensing, insurance, postage or delivery unless otherwise stipulated within the promotion terms and conditions.
    13. Any cash prizes awarded by Casino Classic will be paid directly into the recipient's Casino Rewards account or casino account.
    14. Casino Classic may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of Players to participate in any promotion.
    15. Casino Classic reserves the right to remove the sign up offer and/or any further promotions from these and/or linked accounts for any reason whatsoever with the appropriate notice, including, but not restricted to violation of promotional terms. An activity is considered to be a violation of promotional terms when it is designed to take advantage of our offers.
Violation of terms includes but is not limited to:

If the Player misuses the casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up bonuses, will be suspended until such times as the Player demonstrates a playing history whereby a risk of personal funds is periodically demonstrated at the Casino.
